STR claims to have the backing of 4,000 families and individual members. The goal, according to STR, is to rid the world of what it calls "atheist materialism" which paints a negative view for students. It also aims to counteract the influence of American creationists who live in the US. A survey of students in biology found that half didn't believe in evolution. The reasons for this aren't entirely evident, but they could be due to religious beliefs or the lack of creation scientists in the country.

The KACR has achieved many things through its lectures and seminar events. It also publishes a bimonthly magazine called Creation and a book. One of them is a textbook on the natural sciences with a creationist viewpoint, which attracted the attention of college communities.
