15 Item Upgrade Benefits Everyone Should Know

Upgrades to gear increase its stats base and often enhances its extras. The value of these upgrade is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are made available.

The elite racial Shield Razortail, upgrade Item for example, is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP, and/or to add additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item like a weapon, armor, or rings. The item is replaced by another item of the same type however with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. They don't keep the original level of the item, and any resources wasted will not be refunded.

The surviving players can acquire Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in crates and chests or buy them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attribute of an item of equipment, for example increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can reroll their equipment in three categories: physical power, magic power, and health. Upgrades to physical power increase the damage of melee and weapons attack while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional level of health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a better quality. To make them, you'll need an upgrade level reroll token. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require items that are either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker that rerolls, unlike markers or tokens placed on action spaces, remains on the space till the next Success is rerolled. This allows you to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.

Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the start of each Preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grasping them. Once they are open they will display a complete description and icon of the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of money.

In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This alters which blueprints the restaurant's shop sells for rerolls and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that can increase the quality of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. These stones are also available to players who complete daily contracts.

To upgrade gear to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". The menu will appear showing the item's current level and what it will be after being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires only one green or blue Growth Stone.

After selecting the item to upgrade, the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. When the requirements have been met, the player can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be raised in level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can last anywhere from seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.

The Upgrade Item process is safe and doesn't impact the item's durability. This makes the system an ideal way for players to gain an advantage in battle without straining their bank account. Clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item onto a new piece of gear.

New players may find it difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are a variety of methods to obtain these stones, such as signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. In addition players can also cut down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows players to increase the base stats of weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item upgrades will gain an upgraded level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item is reached.

Items with upgraded base stats display the blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be added to more than one item at once. Each upgrade component will require the purchase of a certain amount of items and a minimum equipment level.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item to be upgraded. On the right, an image of the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. When the player has enough items and has pressed the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each upgrade, the stats of the base item will be increased by an amount of. The maximum level for an item is 19.

Once an item reaches the maximum level, its upgrades will no longer be available for it. When a piece of equipment reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades for that track will have discounts.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be inserted into armors, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools in order to provide an extra effect or attribute bonus when the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted, acquired through questing or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, but doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs which can be removed and replaced at will.

Requirements

Upgrades to items allow players to increase certain stats of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements for upgrading an item will differ based on the type of item, but you'll typically need Dilithium and an amount of Upgrade Tokens.

The upgrade items can be used to make set pieces or weapons to provide additional effects or to increase the item level. These upgrades can be gotten from a variety of sources within the game, including crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been added to an item, it can't be removed and replaced freely, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped without restriction.

The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can enhance the stats of the item.

The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" for example, increases base defense and adds an additional 20 percent chance to block. Additionally, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases damage to weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial for some items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable to players if they can get the perfect roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example is highly coveted by melee PvP communities and could be worth up to 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.

The game will show you the requirements when you select the upgrade component that goes into the item. These include the type of item (either Armor or Weapon) and the tier of that item and the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

The game will put an item in your inventory when you've met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show how close you are to getting the upgrade completed. You can also check the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
